The technical knowledge, skills and competence of students of a professional course is continuously assessed by means of the tests/examinations.

However, the technical knowledge and skills play a very minor role in work environments, and the career growth of a professional is affected in major ways by factors like decisiveness, analytical abilities, leadership, communication skills, etc. which are outside the scope of curriculum.

Several educational institutes have already integrated into the curriculum, various modules or programs relating to soft-skills or personality development.

These factors need to be evaluated scientifically to enable the students to overcome their deficiencies and to focus on their strengths.

The Offering

The Future Zone offers competence and potential testing of students through scientifically structured Mock Interviews, covering the following ten parameters:

The students are scored for each of these parameters and based on the individual parameter score and the combinations thereof, we provide an evaluation of each individual student.

APPS provides a detailed analysis of learner styles, thereby helping the students and the faculty in making the right decisions and choosing the right options. Methodology

The average time for interview of one student is between 16-19 minutes, in which the students are interviewed by different experts. The experts evaluate the students on different parameters and the scores are put together for evaluation.

Group Size

We can carry out this evaluation for up to 75 students in one day.
